Food Distribution at the Forum

I would like to share a great community resource that is available for all our IUSD families. The Los Angeles County Federation and Labor Community Services are hosting a food distribution, tomorrow, Friday, April 10th, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Forum in Inglewood.

This week, April 6th through April 10th, marks Inglewood Unified School District’s (IUSD) Spring Break. Although classes are not in session this week, we will be continuing food and laptop distribution.

Food Bank

SHELF-STABLE FOOD DISTRIBUTION / DISTRIBUCIÓN DE COMIDA “ESTABLE”

In collaboration with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank Organization, the Inglewood Unified School District will provide "Shelf-Stable Food,” such as canned foods, to families. Food will be provided in a box that can weigh 12-18 pounds, so please make sure you have assistance, if necessary. The LA Regional Food Bank will start distribution on Wednesday April 8, 2020.
